TapGo is an online mystery box shop. Every box holds real products, such as gold, watches, cars, bags, sneakers, collectibles and tech. You see every prize and its odds before you open. Whatever you get, you choose: keep it, ship it home, or sell it back.

1. Pick a box. 2. Check the prize list and odds. 3. Tap Open. Your prize appears straight away and is saved in your Vault.

Yes. There is a Free Box on the home page, a Daily Claim, and a daily check-in that earns points. They reset every day, so come back tomorrow for more.

Every box has three prize levels: Everyday 70%, Special 25% and Premium 5%. The odds are shown before you open and are the same for every player. No one gets a better or worse chance.

It is the value of the prize. Everyday prizes are accessories and small items, Special are mid-range, and Premium is the headline product of the box, like the sneakers or the watch.

No, that is the surprise. Each open is random within the published odds. If a prize is not for you, you can sell it back from your Vault.

Into your Vault. They stay there, safe, until you decide to ship or sell them. There is no rush.

In your Vault, tick the prizes you do not want and tap Sell Now. The value shown on each item goes into your wallet once the sale is confirmed. Selling cannot be undone, so double-check before you tap.

The Market is where players list toys and cards from their vaults. You can pick up exactly the item you want from another player.

Go to your Vault, tick the prizes and tap Ship Now. The first time, we ask for your delivery address. You can follow every order under My Orders.

Packing takes 1 to 15 working days. We check quality, pack and dispatch, and it depends on stock and order checks. Delivery then takes 7 to 14 working days in Malaysia and 5 to 14 working days in Singapore. Actual transit time depends on the courier and your area.

Before you ship, yes, anytime: update it in Address. New orders go to your default address. After an order is placed, it cannot be changed in the platform. Message us with your order number and we will help.

Earn points by checking in every day, posting a Show of your prize, and inviting friends. Redeem them on the Points page and they go straight into your wallet.

Open My Vouchers and tap Use. The box it works on opens with the discount already taken off the price. One voucher per open. Check the expiry date, because expired vouchers cannot be used.

Share your invite link. When a friend signs up with it and opens boxes, you earn rewards.

You can add TapGo to your home screen in a few taps. It opens full screen like an app, and no download is needed.
