How to Play TapGo: Tap, Pop, Go
TapGo is simple. Pick a box, see every prize and its odds, open it, then keep, ship or sell what you get. Here is the whole journey in five steps.
Five steps from first tap to front door
1. Pick a box. Browse by what is inside, such as Luxury, Toys, Tech, Style and Everyday. Tap a box to see every prize inside and its odds before you spend anything.
2. Add balance, or go free. Top up with Touch 'n Go, FPX, DuitNow or USDT. New here? Grab the daily Free Box and the daily reward first.
3. Tap Open. Enjoy the full-screen opening and rolling prizes, then discover your result: Everyday, Special or Premium.
4. Keep, ship or sell. Every prize lands in your Vault. Ship it home, lock it in the Safe Box, or sell it back. Money from selling can be withdrawn.
5. Earn extra. Check in daily, post a Show of your prize, and invite friends to collect points and rewards.

Prize levels and odds
Every box sorts its prizes into three levels.
Fair and open. The odds are shown before every open and are the same for every player. Series packs go one step further and list the chance of every individual prize. You cannot choose the prize, but you can always see what is in the box first.
Accessories and useful small items.

The headline prize, the one the box is built around.

Top-ups, balances and selling back
Top-up balance is for opening boxes and cannot be withdrawn. The balance you receive from selling a prize back can be withdrawn, subject to our rules. Selling cannot be undone, so check before you tap Sell Now. Vouchers and points can take money off your boxes, with one voucher per open and an expiry date to watch.
Shipping and delivery
Tick the prizes in your Vault and tap Ship Now. The first time, we ask for your delivery address, and you can follow every order under My Orders. We check, pack and dispatch in 1 to 15 working days. Delivery then takes 7 to 14 working days in Malaysia and 5 to 14 working days in Singapore, depending on the courier and your area. For now we deliver to Malaysia and Singapore.
Play smart
Read the prize list and odds before you open. Start small or with the daily Free Box. Open for fun, within your means, and set limits in Settings. TapGo is for players aged 18 and above.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to wait for anything after I open a box?
No. The result appears when you open the box and your prize goes straight into your Vault.
Can I open a box without topping up?
Yes, the daily Free Box needs no top-up.
What is the Safe Box for?
It keeps a prize safe for later if you are not ready to ship it.
When can I start?
We are getting ready to open. Registration is not open yet, and we expect to launch before 30 November 2026.
