How the TapGo Mystery Box works: Tap, Pop, Go

We built TapGo around three simple moves, and you can see them in the name.

1. Tap a box. Browse the boxes by what is inside, whether that is luxury watches, anime figures, trading cards, tech or snacks. Tap one and you see the full prize list and the odds before you spend a single ringgit. Nothing is a surprise until the moment you open it.

2. Pop it open. Add balance, or start with the daily Free Box, and tap Open. The opening animation rolls through the prizes and reveals your result. Every open gives you a real prize, never an empty box.

3. Go get it. Your prize lands in your Vault. From there you can ship it to your door, keep it safe in the Safe Box for later, or sell it back and put the value in your wallet. Money from selling prizes back can be withdrawn.

That is the whole loop. There is no waiting for other players and no draw date to wait for, because each box opens for you the moment you pay.

TapGo has 47 mystery boxes across seven collections, from small boxes that cost less than a cup of kopi to big luxury boxes. Pick the collection that fits your taste.

Luxury is for watches, gold and designer goods. The Luxury Surprise Box starts at RM59, and the collection also holds the Gold Vault Box, the Rolex Watch Box and the LV Bag Box.

Every prize and its odds, shown before you open

Fair play starts with information. Before you open any box, we show you what can come out of it and how likely each prize is. The odds are the same for every player, and nobody gets a better or worse chance.

Each box sorts its prizes into three levels:

• Everyday, 70%. Accessories and useful small items.
• Special, 25%. Mid-range products from the box or series.
• Premium, 5%. The headline prize, the one the box is built around.

These are the standard levels. The exact odds for each box are published on the box itself and can differ from box to box, so always check the box you are about to open. You cannot choose which prize you get, because that is the surprise. What you can do is look at the list, weigh the odds and decide whether the box is for you. If a prize is not for you, you can sell it back from your Vault.

Series packs: gold, watches, Pokémon, phones, massage and Pop Mart

If you want to pick a price level and look at bigger prizes, our series packs are for you. There are six series: Gold from RM300, Watches from RM200, Pokémon from RM20, Phones from RM800, Massage from RM300 and Pop Mart from RM39.90.

Each series comes in several packs, from Starter up to Legend in the larger series. Every pack lists its prizes at official prices, with the value and the chance of each one shown. Average return figures are also published. Gold packs show about 90% and Pokémon packs about 80%. An average return is a statistical average across many openings, not a promise for any single pack, so please treat it as a guide and not a target.

Free boxes, daily rewards and rebates

You do not have to top up to start. These come with TapGo:

• A Free Box every day. On the house, no top-up needed.
• RM10 daily reward. Claim it on the home page, every day.
• 0.7% daily rebate. Paid back into your wallet the next day.
• Daily check-in. Check in to earn points. It pays +20 points a day at the start, and 7 days in a row earns a big bonus.
• Invite friends. You earn 0.3% commission every time a friend you invite opens a box, and 200 points when a friend opens their first box.
• Points Mall and vouchers. Spend points on real products, and use vouchers to take money off your next boxes.
• VIP levels 0 to 8. The more you spend on boxes, the higher your level, with bonus points, monthly vouchers and level rewards.

After you open: keep it, ship it or sell it back

Whatever you open lands in your Vault and stays safe until you decide, so there is no rush.

Ship it home. Tick the prizes, tap Ship Now and add your address the first time. You can follow every order under My Orders. We check quality, pack and dispatch in 1 to 15 working days, then delivery takes 7 to 14 working days in Malaysia and 5 to 14 working days in Singapore, depending on the courier and your area. For now we deliver to Malaysia and Singapore.

Lock it in the Safe Box. Not ready to ship? Keep it for later.

Sell it back. Tick the prizes you do not want and tap Sell Now. The value shown on each prize goes into your wallet. Selling cannot be undone, so check before you tap.

TapGo Lucky Draw: Daily Jackpot and timed Lucky Bags

Besides mystery boxes, TapGo has a Lucky Draw corner. The Daily Jackpot is a draw at RM6.90 that lets you use up your leftover balance. Top-ups, payments and live features

You can top up with Touch 'n Go, FPX, DuitNow or USDT. Top-up balance is meant for opening boxes and cannot be withdrawn. Only the balance you receive from selling prizes back can be withdrawn, subject to our rules. TapGo also has a Leaderboard, live unboxing, and community spaces called Market and Show, where players list toys and cards from their vaults and share their prizes.
