TapGo Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms explain how to use the TapGo website and the TapGo platform. By using them you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use TapGo.

2. Who may use TapGo

TapGo is for players aged 18 and above. You must provide accurate information when you register in the TapGo App and keep your login details to yourself.

3. How RM1 Lucky Draws work

Prizes are split into shares and every share costs RM1. When all shares of a prize have been taken, the system automatically draws 1 winner from the participants. A draw is decided by chance. Prize availability, number of shares and draw results are shown in the TapGo App.

4. Mystery boxes and free boxes

You can open mystery boxes in the TapGo App. Daily free boxes may contain products worth up to RM39. Timed lucky bags and live mystery-box sessions run in the time slots announced in the App.

5. Rewards and points

Eligible box-opening spend earns 0.7% cashback, sent to your wallet and, where eligible, applicable for withdrawal. When a friend you invited makes an eligible box-opening spend, you receive a 0.3% referral reward. Daily check-in gives 20 points and 100 points can be exchanged for RM1 balance. Completing the required prize-sharing activity earns 88 points. Points can be used in the points mall, and a points-to-cash function is available. Specific conditions, methods and rules for rewards and points are published in the TapGo App.

6. Delivery and selling prizes

After you confirm your claim, we arrange delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 7–21 working days. You may instead sell a prize right away and turn it into balance. See Delivery & Returns.

7. Your responsibilities

Use TapGo lawfully and for entertainment only, and within your means. Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it or use another person's account. See Responsible Play.

8. Brands and content

Brand and product names shown on prizes belong to their respective owners and do not imply any partnership. TapGo names, logos and website content belong to TapGo and may not be copied without permission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and the rules in the TapGo App from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
