TapGo VIP: 9 Levels, From Member to Legend
Your TapGo VIP level grows with everything you spend on boxes. The higher your level, the more bonus points you earn, the bigger your monthly voucher, and the bigger the reward you can claim when you reach a new level. Everyone starts at VIP 0.
All nine levels
There are nine levels, from VIP 0 Member up to VIP 8 Legend. The spend needed to reach each level is:
- VIP 1 Bronze: spend RM100
- VIP 2 Silver: spend RM500
- VIP 3 Gold: spend RM2,000
- VIP 4 Platinum: spend RM5,000
- VIP 5 Emerald: spend RM15,000
- VIP 6 Diamond: spend RM50,000
- VIP 7 Master: spend RM150,000
- VIP 8 Legend: spend RM500,000

Levels follow what you spend on boxes. Bonus credit follows a play-through rule before withdrawal; details are published inside the platform.
What every level gives you
Bonus points. From +5% at VIP 1 up to +100% at VIP 8, added to the points you earn.
Monthly voucher. A voucher you can use on your boxes each month, from RM3 at VIP 1 up to RM300 at VIP 8.
Level reward. A one-time reward when you reach a level. It starts with 200 points at VIP 1 and an RM5 voucher at VIP 2 (for boxes from RM39). From VIP 3 it is bonus credit: RM10, RM30, RM88, RM288, RM888 and RM2,888 at VIP 8.
How your level is counted
Your level counts everything you have paid for boxes. Free boxes, vouchers and refunds do not count. Each reward is claimed on the VIP page and can be claimed once. Bonus credit has to meet the play-through rule before it can be withdrawn, and the details are published inside the platform.
Using VIP well
VIP is a thank-you for regular play, not a reason to spend more. Every box carries the risk of a prize worth less than the price, so please spend within your means. If you want to earn points in other ways, see Rewards and Invite Friends.
Frequently asked questions
How do I reach the next VIP level?
By spending more on boxes. Each level has its own spend target, from RM100 for VIP 1 to RM500,000 for VIP 8.
Do free boxes count towards my level?
No. Free boxes, vouchers and refunds do not count.
Can I withdraw bonus credit?
Bonus credit follows a play-through rule before it can be withdrawn. The rule is published inside the platform.
Can I claim a level reward more than once?
No. Each level reward can be claimed once.
